Mantra
"Om Namo Narayanaye Namaha".
This mantra is extremely powerful for spiritual advancement and is calling on Lord Narayana (an expansion of Vishnu). There are no restrictions in the chanting of this or any other mantra of the "Vishnu Sahastranam" (the thousand names of Vishnu).
