This mantra must be chanted for 45 days, 1000 times a day. In the puja offerings of incense, coconuts and flowers must be included. On the last day, a sacrifice should be performed saying the mantra 10,000 times with offerings of cow´s milk and curds, rice cooked in milk, sugar, various kinds of fruit, mustard and "durba grass samadha" of Banyan and Palasa trees. The catech plant should also be included. This yantra is said to be protective against disease, as well as bestowing wealth, fame and fortune upon the aspirant. It may be written or inscribed in copper or silver. Once worshipped and purified the yantra may be placed in a temple or shrine, or worn upon the body There are 2 mantras which may be used as follows:
